A Strong, Smart, and Bold New Look
Girls Inc. began an exciting journey last year to explore how we better connect with you, our supporters, and reach even more philanthropists, community leaders, policy makers, and advocates for girls. I’m thrilled to announce we’ve completed a major milestone on that path with the launch of our brand new website. I believe our new and refreshed site is the embodiment of our organization online, and our commitment to building a movement to advance the rights and opportunities for all girls.
Our goal with this new website is to provide you an easier way to learn about the issues girls today are facing, how we educate and equip girls to overcome these barriers, and how you can support girls. You’ll also find stories of remarkable girls and alumna who have overcome tough odds to be leaders and role models.
We’ve also invested in the back-end technology capabilities to dramatically grow those engaged with us, lending their time, talent, and treasure to support this movement. We are grateful for your commitment to Girls Inc. and the girls we serve. We hold ourselves accountable for achieving results in service directly to girls and in advocating with and for them.
We hope you find the new website streamlined and easy to navigate. We worked hard to make sure it conveys who we are and what we believe, how we’re making a difference in the lives of girls, and what your support helps us to achieve. We will be constantly updating our website with news and updates, facts and data, impact stories of girls, and ways you can get involved. Please let us know what else you would like to see.
Girls Inc. has set out to double the number of girls we serve from low-income communities and be a leading advocate for girls. Knowing the transformative difference that we’re making, we are compelled to grow. To do this, we must effectively communicate, collaborate, and engage those critical to our mission. It is you, our donors, friends, and supporters who make this work possible.
With gratitude,
Judy Vredenburgh
