Tony was elected Chair of the Girls Inc. Board in 2019. Tony is the long-time chairman of MARC USA, now called 9Rooftops, one of the nation’s largest privately held marketing communications companies. Tony began at MARC USA in 1970 as assistant account executive and steadily moved up. Under his leadership the company has grown dramatically. One of the subsidiaries he launched is MARCA Hispanic, a minority-owned agency. Tony is also chairman of PennAlt Organics, a medical marijuana company and serves on the board of Eastport Holdings, a private equity company. Tony has received many awards and is involved in many philanthropic activities, currently serving as chair of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and vice-chair of The Challenge Program. He is a graduate of Duquesne University and served on their board of trustees.
