[New York, NY] (November 10, 2016) – On Wednesday, November 16, the Girls Inc. Los Angeles Celebration Luncheon will salute five honorees whose leadership and achievements have increased opportunities for girls and women and inspired them to embrace new possibilities

The honorees are:

Held at The Beverly Hilton, the event is chaired by Ambassador Nicole Avant, Former U.S. Ambassador to The Bahamas; Rebecca Campbell, President, ABC Owned Television Stations and ABC Daytime; and Christina Davis, Executive Vice President, Drama Series Development, CBS Entertainment. It will be hosted by Maria Menounos, Anchor, E! News.

For over 20 years, the Girls Inc. Los Angeles Celebration Luncheon has acknowledged the achievements of many remarkable trailblazers. Honorees are paired with Girls Inc. National Scholars who share personal stories of overcoming challenges and how the honoree has motivated her to achieve her academic, personal, and career goals.

The event raises funds to support Girls Inc. in delivering life-changing programs and experiences to girls across the United States and Canada.
